Do you perform Immigration Physicals for Citizenship? |
| |
Yes, Dr. Ghassan Fahel is a Certified Civil Surgeon with The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services and is authorized to perform Immigration Physicals on their behalf. |

What do I need to bring to the appointment for Immigration Physicals? |
| |
You will need the following items:
i. Valid Passport with picture ID
ii. Documentation of Immunization History. If you do not have the copies of your Immunization History, you will be required to receive the Booster Vaccines. According to your age and medical history, the type and number of vaccines will vary. Please call our office to discuss the requirements.

How much does the Immigration Exam Cost ? |

$225.00 plus any additional vaccines that you will need. |

What do I do if I do not have all of my vaccination documentation for
the Immigration Medical Exam? |

If you do not have a copy of your Immunization History, you will be required to receive booster immunizations according to your age and medical history. Please call our office to discuss the requirements for you. |
